During my recent business trip to Gili Trawangan, I had the pleasure of staying at Santan Gili Cottages, a hotel that was handpicked by my director. One of the highlights of this property was the outdoor plunge pool, which provided a refreshing escape from the tropical heat. The pool was impeccably maintained and offered a tranquil setting for relaxation.

The only thing I didn't like were the pillows on the bed as they were too fat and gave me neck ache!

The pool is great, they provide stocked fridge, medicine cabinet, speaker set, and washing machine. The staff is extremely nice, and the property is beautiful. Would love to stay again.

I had the most incredible stay at a lovely villa in Gili Trawangan. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff with refreshing welcome drinks. They gave me a tour of the beautiful villa, which felt like coming home. The villa itself was comfortable and clean, with a cozy bed and a private pool where I could relax and unwind. The staff went above and beyond, always there to help and provide excellent service. I also enjoyed using the complimentary bicycles to explore the island. my stay at Santan Gili Cottages was pure bliss. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect holiday getaway.

I stumbled upon this gem while on a vacation in Bali. Santan Gili Cottages offered the best value for money during my trip. The bathroom was amazing, no weird smells and the toilet was separate from the shower. The villa itself was incredibly clean and well-thought-out, with little details like hooks and speakers for convenience. The cool and private pool was a refreshing change from other lukewarm pools I've encountered in Bali. The hosts have truly thought of everything, including a fully stocked fridge, making it an awesome place to relax and chill out. Highly recommended!

Everything was taken care of by the staff including transportation, mind-blowing breakfast, incredible birthday cake, and stunning villa. The cleanliness, quiet location, and proximity to attractions were jaw-dropping. The massive shower, supplied products, and drinkable water were super convenient. The attentive staff, amazing pool, spacious cottage, and fully equipped kitchen with laundry service were a pleasant surprise. Free bikes, helpful recommendations, and extending our stay made for a fantastic experience.

Oh, what a joy it was to walk 20 minutes to the main beach. And experiencing a power outage in the middle of the night?

Pros of our stay at the small resort were absolutely magical! Just a 10 min bike ride and you were in the hub of activity, with great restaurants and a beautiful beach. But the real magic was returning to our quiet nest with a gorgeous plunge pool, where we could soak in peace and quiet. The kitchen was amazing, and the bed felt like floating on a cloud. Our host added to the magic with his hospitality. The villas were beautifully decorated and well-equipped, with a stunning clean plunge pool. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The place was always tidy, with our laundry even being hung out for us. The staff was professional and attentive. If you're looking for a safe and secure place with privacy, this is it. And the pool? Absolutely amazing! We highly recommend this place for a jaw-dropping stay!

Shower pressure was lacking.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic. The room was clean, nice, and beautiful, with the bonus of being able to see many stars at night. The location was great, just a short ride from the main street using the bikes provided. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

The breakfast offerings could have been better.

Excellent helpful staff, available 24/7. Fast wifi, lovely pool for Gili's hot weather. Comfy bed, kitchen and washing machine provided. Good value for money. Extended stay because of positive experience.

The staff were super cool and helpful. We loved that we had our own private jacuzzi and bikes with lights to cruise around the island. The mini bar was a total plus, and not expensive at all. It was the perfect place for us to chill and have a blast!

The only thing we would've asked for is a livelier atmosphere, maybe some parties or events for young party-goers like us. But overall, it was an amazing stay!

Bikes Need an Upgrade: The included bikes may not be in the best condition, and the fine for a lost bike seems disproportionate. Just be careful and ride them with caution.

The air-conditioned house felt like heaven on a hot day, with a cozy sofa to relax on. I loved the fact that our villa had an LCD TV with cable channels, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The 6 air-conditioned accommodations were a blessing, keeping us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Having a kitchenette with a refrigerator and stovetop made it convenient for us to prepare our own meals. The modern kitchen with a stove, fridge, and kitchenware made us feel right at home. The en-suite bathroom with hot and cold shower facility, free toiletries, and fresh towels made us feel pampered.

Personally, I would have preferred a separate shower and toilet in the en-suite bathroom.

The incredibly friendly and humble staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the private pool was amazing for relaxation and fun. the option of having breakfast served to our cottage every morning made us feel privileged. the staff were extremely helpful in arranging a horse cart for us and ensuring our safe arrival at the ticket office.
